$1.1M,10,200 GSF new building including a bar, 2 banquet rooms (250
person total), kitchen, museum and support facilities. The design
reflects the historical context of the downtown Sun Prairie business
district.

Clinton County Courthouse
Clinton, IA (2003)
Remodeling and restoration of a 35,000 GSF three-story historic
courthouse built in 1893. The remodeling included new offices for
the County Attorney, Clerk of Courts, Emergency Government and three
Judge’s Chambers; two new and one restored courtrooms; addition of a
640 GSF Entrance Vestibule; window replacement on the entire
building; and other miscellaneous modifications. The $5.5M project
was coordinated over three years by a Contract Project Manager and
constructed by the County.

Dental Health Associates, East Side Facility
49 North Walbridge
Madison, WI (2003)
$1.25M, 3,100 GSF addition to an 11,700 GSF existing dental clinic.
Addition and remodeling includes total redo of the entrance and
waiting areas, addition of orthodontic spaces, Doctors’ Lounge, new
record storage area, expanded lunch-room, new conference room and
miscellaneous remodeling of remaining dental spaces.

Dental Health Associates, West Side Facility
Old Sauk & Gammon
Madison, WI (2005)
$3.4M, 17,400 GSF addition to recently purchased 4,300 GSF office
building. Entire facility to be converted to dental clinic spaces
including general dentistry and orthodontia. The two-story addition
reflects the architecture of the original building.

5 & Diner Restaurants
Sun Prairie, WI (2005) and Worcester, MA (2006)
Project architect for franchise developed 50's style diners (3,321
SF). Provided architectural and coordinated structural engineering
adaption of corporate design (designed in Phoenix, AZ) to comply
with WI codes and weather conditions. MEP was completed via a
design-build approach. Provided architectural and coordinated SMEP
engineering for similar but slightly larger (3,857 SF) adaption of
corporate design to comply with MA codes and weather conditions.
